Sylvana focuses her practice on probate, estate planning, and guardianship law. Sylvana has experience representing beneficiaries, professional and corporate fiduciaries (administrators, executors, trustees, and guardians) in contested trust, estate, and guardianship litigation. Sylvana has also handled various real estate matters related to probate.
Sylvana grew up in Miami and has been in the legal field since a young age. Sylvana graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. She graduated with honors from the law at St. Thomas University College of Law where she was awarded CALI Book Awards in Legal Research and Writing and in Advanced Legal Research and Writing. Sylvana graduated from law school with honors and with an Elder Law Certificate for her guardianship and elder law studies. She also made Dean’s List every semester of law school. During law school, Sylvana interned for the Chief Judge of the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami, where she gained valuable experience in probate and guardianship.
During her free time, Sylvana likes to spend time with her family and two dogs, and cheer on the Miami Heat!
